Everything is made here

Homemade cooking, from the market to the plate

Here, homemade cooking isn't a selling point: it's a habit. We pick the produce in the morning, peel, chop, simmer and plate on site. Nothing comes out of a tray — everything is prepared in our kitchen.

You can taste that care: fish with the freshness of the fish market, a sauce whisked to order, vegetables that still have the crunch of the market. Homemade cooking, in Marseille, is that extra soul in every dish.

What makes the difference

Three promises behind every homemade dish

1

Fresh produce

Catch of the day, seafood and seasonal vegetables, chosen each morning from the Pointe Rouge fishermen and growers.

2

Made to order

Sauces whisked to order, careful cooking, plating on site: every plate leaves our kitchen, never an industrial jar.

3

The spirit of the South

Olive oil, herbs, citrus and Mediterranean generosity: homemade cooking that smells of sunshine and the seaside.

The craft

From fish to pasta, everything is cooked on site

Grilled fish, catch of the day, fresh pasta, wood-fired pizzas, great Mediterranean classics: our menu follows the deliveries and the seasons. We cook what the sea and the market give us, not the other way round.

That freedom is what keeps homemade cooking alive. One day a whole fish, the next citrus linguine: the constant is freshness and homemade craft, not a fixed menu.

Homemade cooking, almost with your feet in the water

Between Pointe Rouge beach and the horizon of the calanques, you savour homemade cooking without fuss: fine produce, simply cooked, served on the terrace facing the sunset. All the charm of Marseille on a single plate.
