2. Data collected

We collect the personal data you provide to us voluntarily via the contact form or the quote request for the privatisation of the upper floor:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Message content
  • For quote requests: type of event, date, number of guests

No sensitive data (health, opinion, religion, etc.) is requested or stored.

3. Purpose of processing

Your data is collected for the sole purpose of:

  • Responding to your enquiries
  • Preparing and confirming a privatisation or event request
  • Sending you a personalised quote

We never use your data for commercial or advertising purposes, and we do not resell it to any third party.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to the requests addressed to us (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).

5. Retention period

Your data is kept for 3 years from our last exchange. After that, it is deleted or anonymised.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

  • Access to your data
  • Rectification of inaccurate data
  • Erasure (right to be forgotten)
  • Objection to processing
  • Portability of data
  • Restriction of processing

7. Subcontractors

As part of the site's operation, your data may pass through the following technical service providers:

  • Mail Hub Jarvis (Amazon SES), delivery of contact form emails.
  • Be-Book (be-booker.com), online booking widget. Booking data (date, number of guests, contact details) passes through Be-Book in accordance with its own privacy policy.
  • Google Maps when you view the map embedded on the Contact page.
  • Elfsight display of Google reviews and the Instagram feed on the home page.
  • OVH site hosting, data stored in France.

8. Cookies

The site uses only technical cookies (necessary for proper operation) and, where applicable, anonymous analytics cookies (audience measurement).

Duration: 13 months maximum.
Your choices: you can configure or refuse cookies at any time via your browser settings. Refusing certain cookies may affect the operation of the site.
