The Patron's own catch · Homemade cuisine · Pointe Rouge, Marseille
We come back from the open sea at 9am.
The kitchen starts at 11am.
The dining room opens at noon.
The upstairs floor comes alive at 7pm.
That's a day in a fisherman's house in Marseille, fish of the day, signature banquettes, black ceiling. Everything is made in-house.
The Patron takes you out to sea, off Pointe Rouge, just like every morning. We head back, and your day carries on at the table. A rare experience, to be booked in advance.
The catch of the day arrives whole, the cooking is yours to choose, the aïoli is whisked by hand. That's the essence of it.

And the full menu awaits.

Freshly caught by the Patron

Wild slipper lobster, its « pink sauce »
A few glimpses of our house, the terrace, the upstairs floor, the morning catch, the sunset over the Frioul. You're almost here.

The rest, we'll tell you in person.
Every morning, the Patron returns from the sea with his fellow fishermen. By noon, their catch is on your table. Our cooking is house-made, our pizzas baked over a wood fire, like a warm culinary review printed in Marseille.
“Extraordinary quality of fish, ultra-fresh, caught that very morning!”
